Before ordering
Check the practical details before you send a Kakobuy link.
Use this checklist when a link looks promising but still needs a reality check. You are trying to catch obvious problems before they become warehouse photos you do not want.
Link quality check
- Does the product page still open and show the item you expected?
- Is the title specific enough to identify the product, color, model or variant?
- Can you tell whether the seller page, item options and spreadsheet row refer to the same product?
- If the link came from a shared list, does the product still match the title and category you expected?
Photo and QC check
- Does the listing show more than one angle?
- Can you see texture, stitching, tags, soles, hardware, lining or ports where relevant?
- Do seller images and selected variants describe the same item?
- Is there anything you should ask the agent to photograph again at the warehouse?
- Ask for the angles that matter most: label, sole, stitching, hardware, inside lining or connector detail.
Size check
- Is there a size chart or clear measurement note?
- Does the item type usually run small, oversized, narrow or short?
- Will you need to leave a note for color, size or batch preference?
- For clothing, can you compare a real measurement to something you already own?
Value and shipping check
- Is the price believable for the product type?
- Would shipping weight or volume make the item less attractive?
- Are there similar items worth comparing before committing?
- Would a backup link be smarter if the item is bulky, fragile or hard to inspect?
- Compare the item against your expected shipping cost and delivery time before ordering.
Agent note check
- Write the exact color, size and variant you want.
- Add one or two inspection points the agent can verify from photos.
- Save why you picked the link, not only the URL.
- Keep backup options for sizing-sensitive or higher-priced products.
- Save the product reason and agent note with the order record so tracking the order later is less confusing.
